Anne Weese, PhD, K-State's Director of Mental Wellness and Sport Psychology, as our featured speaker.
With warmth and energy, Anne brings years of experience helping student-athletes navigate burnout, pressure, and the anxieties that build beneath high-stakes performance. She equips them with mindfulness and confidence-building tools that translate far beyond the field. Her message is a powerful reminder: mental health support matters everywhere, for everyone, at every stage of life.
Anne's story will open a morning filled with real-life transformations from Prairie Sky Counseling Center proof that compassionate, accessible and high quality mental health care changes lives right here in our community.
